CANCELLATION POLICY

LIVELY SKIN AND BEAUTY Please review our salon policies before your visit as failure to comply may result in your service being cancelled and service charges being applied. CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULES/ NO SHOWS Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before they are scheduled to begin without penalty. Once there is less than 24 hours until the appointment is scheduled to begin, there will be a 50% of base cost of services booked required for late canceling and/or rescheduling. If the appointment is booked with less than 24 before commencement it must be cancelled within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Rescheduling promotional or otherwise discounted services may result in a loss of that promotion or discount. No show will be a 50% charge of the base services booked and it will be required to be paid before any future appointments can be made. All clients are required to list a credit card on file in order to book. This card will be charged in the event of a late cancel or no show. LATE ARRIVALS Please TEXT or CALL the salon if you will be arriving late for your appointment. If we have not been able to contact you 15 minutes after your appointment start time, you will be marked as a no-show and the same rules above applies. If you are late arriving to your appointment your services may be modified to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full price of the services reserved will still apply.
